Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

• France: 3 to 4 business days
• Europe: 3 to 7 business days
• International: 4 to 10 business days

Delivery is handled by La Poste and its international partners.

Free & Priority Shipping

• Standard shipping is free on orders over €37.90
• Priority/express shipping option available at checkout
• Delivery to pickup points available for more flexibility

Lost or Undelivered Packages

In case of non-delivery or confirmed loss by the carrier, you can choose between:

• Free reshipping of your order
• Full refund
