Return and Refund Policy

At P8RE, we believe in the true performance of our products. That's why you have 30 days after receipt to test our magnetic nasal strips with confidence.

30-Day Trial Offer

You can try our nasal strips for 30 days.
If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a refund.

Conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.

Exclusions:

Returns are not accepted for:

• Single patches purchased without a nasal strip.
• Products purchased as part of a "gift" or designated promotion.

Refund

Once the product is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, via the same payment method used at purchase.

Exchange

We only replace products that have a defect or damage from the origin.
Damaged packaging alone does not constitute grounds for an exchange.

International Customers

The same policy applies to orders shipped internationally. International return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
