Before purchasing products on the website www.p8re.com, we kindly ask you to read the usage instructions and precautions for each product.
We do not guarantee any specific results regarding the effects of the products for the customer. Each individual is unique, and the effects of the products may vary based on various personal factors.
By placing an order on the site, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs).
1. Scope
These terms govern the sale of products by P8RE on the website www.p8re.com. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms.
2. Customers
The products are intended solely for adult customers. Any order implies acceptance of the T&Cs.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site. Photographs are not contractual.
4. Order
4.1. Placing an Order:
Orders are placed directly on the Site. After selecting the products, you can review your cart, the total order amount, and correct any errors before confirming your order.
4.2. Order Confirmation:
The order is confirmed once payment is made. We will send you a confirmation email summarizing your order details. P8RE reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or non-compliant orders.
5. Price and Payment
5.1. Price:
Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before finalizing the order.
5.2. Price Changes:
P8RE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with no effect on orders already confirmed.
5.3. Payment Methods:
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Shopify Payments.
5.4. Payment Security:
Online payment is secured by encryption protocols in compliance with current standards (SSL). Payment information is never communicated to the Seller.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery Areas:
We deliver to mainland France and certain countries within the European Union. For any requests for delivery outside of these areas, please contact us.
6.2. Delivery Issues:
The risk for the products is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the product(s) ordered. The customer must verify the condition of the packaging and the delivered products upon receipt.
It is the customer's responsibility to issue any reservations and claims they deem necessary, or even refuse the parcel if it is damaged upon delivery.
In case of non-compliance, loss, or damage to the ordered product(s) due to transport, the customer agrees to inform the company promptly by email at hello@p8re.com for an investigation with the carrier.
The company cannot be held responsible for a defect or delay in delivery caused by the customer (e.g., incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided at the time of the order, preventing delivery as planned) or force majeure.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision. To benefit from our 30-day trial offer, please refer to our Return Policy.
8. Warranties
8.1. Legal Compliance Warranty:
Products are covered by the legal warranty of compliance and the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. For any requests, please contact hello@p8re.com.
8.2. Warranty Conditions:
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, you can return the product, specifying the observed defect. We will proceed with an exchange or refund of the product, subject to compliance with legal conditions.
9. Liability
P8RE cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the product.
10. Disputes
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If not, the competent court will be the one in Nantes (France).
11. Modification of the T&Cs
P8RE reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time of the order.
